Rate your urge from 0–10. Listen to 15-minute Freedom SOS, rate it again and repeat for free whenever needed.
Core 15-minute SOS support is always free. Freedom SOS is not emergency care; if you are thinking about suicide or feel unable to keep yourself safe, contact your local emergency service or crisis line now. You deserve immediate human support.
Notice your own urge patterns and get an earlier check-in when they repeat.
Guardian summarizes recurring urge times and changes across recent days from records that stay on your device. If you choose to allow it, Guardian can send a privacy-protecting iPhone reminder when a current pattern repeats.
Your personal urge and outcome records stay on your device and are not used for advertising targeting.
Premium: Freedom Guardian, specialist sessions FR-02–FR-06 and additional features. SOS never requires Premium.
Why am I seeing this pattern?
Guardian does not call a time recurring until the same weekday and 4-hour window appears on at least 3 different days within the last 8 weeks. Multiple records on one day cannot create it by themselves.
When Guardian sees the same weekday and time window on at least 3 different days within the last 8 weeks, and that pattern has appeared recently, it can schedule one weekly check-in — only after you explicitly opt in.
The lock-screen message does not mention gambling, urges, scores or triggers. Those details remain inside the app.
Proactive Guardian reminders are currently available in the iPhone app.
You do not need to plan a whole recovery journey while the pressure is high. Open the app and follow one small, repeatable cycle.
Name the urge instead of acting immediately
Create a short pause before any gambling decision
Choose what to do next using your own check-in
Built from a real need for more space before the next bet.
Freedom Resonance grew from lived experience of how quickly an urge can become an automatic action. It offers one calm, repeatable step for that exact moment—not a promise or a replacement for wider support.
One clear cycle. No guesswork.
The app keeps the immediate task small, so you can focus on the next 15 minutes rather than everything at once.
1
Rate the urge
Choose a score from 0–10 and optionally note what triggered the moment.
2
Take a guided 15-minute session
Listen without making a gambling decision during the session.
3
Check in again
Rate the urge after the session and decide whether to pause again or finish for now.
See your own pattern—not a promised outcome.
Your before-and-after ratings create a private record you can review over time. Freedom Resonance shows what you entered; it does not invent progress or guarantee a result.
Difficult Moment
Record a hard moment without turning it into a failure or resetting your history.
Freedom Map
See recurring situations only when your own records provide enough information.
Progress
Review session history, check-ins and time you chose to pause.

Freedom Resonance at a glance
Freedom Resonance is a self-guided tool for adults experiencing gambling urges. It provides a 15-minute guided audio pause with an urge rating before and after the session.
Operator
SAB Security operates Freedom Resonance. Operator and contact details are in the legal notice.
Session
Rate the urge from 0–10, listen to a 15-minute guided session, then rate it again. These are personal ratings, not clinical assessments.
Availability
The iPhone app supports English, German and Turkish. This website also offers a 15-minute challenge. Voluntary Support is separate from Premium and never affects SOS access.
Free and Premium
Freedom SOS is always free. Premium is for Freedom Guardian, specialist FR-02–FR-06 sessions and additional features. Personal urge records stay on the device.
Personal records
Personal urge ratings, Progress, Difficult Moment, Freedom Map and 40 Days of Freedom records stay on your device. Freedom Guardian summarizes recurring patterns locally; personal records are not used for advertising targeting.
Limits
The app does not block gambling sites or accounts, provide medical treatment or guarantee a decrease in urges. Professional support and access restrictions serve different purposes.
Practical guides
Help for the moment you are in.
Clear next steps for an urge, a craving or a plan to stop gambling.
A gambling urge is here. Start with the next 15 minutes.
You do not have to solve everything right now. The immediate goal is to create a little time between the urge and any gambling action.
Start by closing gambling apps, protecting money for essential bills and telling someone you trust that you want to stop. Then arrange support and write down what you will do when the next urge arrives. A practical quit-gambling plan combines these steps; a 15-minute pause is one optional tool within it, not a treatment or a promise of recovery.
